👥 About Account and Password
⬇️ I can no longer access my account:
There may be two reasons:
1. You have reached your monthly credit limits and cannot translate further until the following month, or after upgrading your plan tier. You can Check monthly credits and consumption.
2. Your login credentials (email/password) are incorrect in which case you can reset Password
⬇️ I need to change or recover my password:
Lost or forgotten passwords can easily be reset by clicking on reset password
⬇️ I have subscribed but have not yet received my login details:

🧾About Subscription and Billing
⬇️ Update billing information
Step 1 : On the dashboard screen click link [Update your information]
Step 2: Enter values in General Information form and click the [Save] button
Step 3: Information should be updated in the dashboard

Note: We need to update fully the account information before updating the subscription Step 1: On the dashboard screen click link [Update subscription]
Step 2: Choose the upgrade plan and click [UPDATE YOUR SUBCRIPTION] button
Step 3: Select Subscription period, enter Number of user and credit card number. P.S Check the following [ Terms of Service and] and [ I understand that subscription…]
Step 4: Click [UPDATE YOUR PLAN] button
Step 5: Subscription is displayed in the dashboard
⬇️ Cancel subscription
To cancel your current subscription click [ Cancel subscription] button on plan in the dashboard.
⬇️ Apply voucher for subscription
In the payment form click link [I have a voucher] and enter the voucher code.
⬇️ Download billing subscription and Receive invoice via email
To receive invoice via email: Click ON checkbox [Receive your next invoices by email] in the dashboard or checkbox [Receive invoice automatically via email] in form payment.
To download billing subscription: Click icon download in the dashboard

⬇️ Verify UD entry or TM is taken into account during translation
The easiest way to verify if your User Dictionary or Translation memory has been applied is to verify the entries via text translation menu. Any applied glossary (UD or TM) would be highlighted in their color codes: Blue</span for UD entry and Violet for TM entry.
