⬇️ I can no longer access my account:

There may be two reasons:
1. You have reached your monthly credit limits and cannot translate further until the following month, or after upgrading your plan tier.  You can check monthly credits and consumption. 
2. Your login credentials (email/password) are incorrect, in this case you can reset Password

Lost or forgotten passwords can easily be reset by clicking on reset password

⬇️ Update billing information

Step 2: On the dashboard screen, click link [Update your information]
Step 3: Enter values in General Information form and click the [Save] button
Step 4: Information should be updated in the dashboard

Step 3: Choose the upgrade plan and click [UPDATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION] button

Step 6: Subscription is displayed in the dashboard

⬇️ How to add an UD or TM to a User Profile?

Creating a profile allows you to generate customized translations with your own linguistic resources. Find more with step-by-step guide on Profile Creation. 

⬇️ Verify UD entry or TM is taken into account during translation

The easiest way to verify if your User Dictionary or Translation memory has been applied is to verify the entries via text translation menu. Any applied glossary (UD or TM) would be highlighted in their color codes: Blue</span for UD entry and Violet for TM entry.

⬇️ How many TMS/CAT tools are supported?

We support various CAT tools, SYSTRAN can be connected to such cat tools via various available connectors or third-party application by using SYSTRAN API. For details, please consult this link.
