Description
After entering the license in SYSTRAN Language Manager and hit the button Submit, the screen becomes red or a forbidden icon appears on mouse cursor. You cannot submit your licence.
Solution 1
Open your Task Manager and verify that you have two systranserviceintegrator.exe *32 running:
If you cannot see them, follow the steps described below then you should be able to submit your licence.
Step 1
Go to the Windows Start Menu and search cmd. Open it.
Step 2
Type or copy/paste the command below:
For 64 bit users:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\SYSTRAN 8 TRANSLATOR\service-integrator\SWL.exe" "C:\Program Files (x86)\SYSTRAN 8 TRANSLATOR\service-integrator\SystranServiceIntegrator.exe" -S -c "\"C:\Program Files (x86)\SYSTRAN 8 TRANSLATOR\service-integrator\etc\si.cfg\""
For 32 bit users:
"C:\Program Files\SYSTRAN 8 TRANSLATOR\service-integrator\SWL.exe" "C:\Program Files\SYSTRAN 8 TRANSLATOR\service-integrator\SystranServiceIntegrator.exe" -S -c "\"C:\Program Files\SYSTRAN 8 TRANSLATOR\service-integrator\etc\si.cfg\""

Step 3
Verify that systranserviceintegrator.exe *32 is in the Task Manager
You can now submit your licence in SYSTRAN Language Manager.
Important: If you log out (or shut down your PC) you have to repeat the steps above after logging in.
Solution 2
If solution 1 doesn't solve the issue, uninstall the software throuh Windows Program Manager:
