Introduction

This article aims to describe how to reset your password if you are not able to login.

Steps

1)

Go to your STS10 login screen:

Click on "Forgot password?".

The next screen you will have will be:

Note that you can directly have this screen by going to https://<STS10_URL>/resetPassword or http://<STS10_URL>/resetPassword

Here, you need to enter your email address in the appropriate field, then click on "Continue". Please be sure you put the right email address, with any typo.

3)

You will then have this screen:

It means you received an email from us.

Go to you email box, then follow the instruction: normally you will have to click on a link to reset your password.

Enter the desired password twice, then click on "Change password":

Once the modification has been successful, you can revert back to the login screen, and enter your email address and password to login.
