This article aims to describe how to reset user password if you are not able to login.
Step 1: Go to the SPNS9 login screen
Step 2 : Click on sign in and enter your userID on the field 'email address'. Verify for any typos and if ok click on forgot password.
On the next screen enter your email address on the black field and click on continue
Follow the instructions received by email and click on the link to reset your password
Next enter the desired password twice and click on Change Password
You can revert back to the login screen and should be able to connect yourself now.
